It has been a long time since I posted here. Finals got in the wya. Anyway, my last paper is turned in and I catch a flight back to Nevada tomorow. I am going to miss Jane and Paula, but I will not miss the stress. Besides, it is always nice to see my parents and sister. They have been telling me that the cat is sleeping on my bed now, because it's empty. Well, I hope she doesn't leave too much of  a mess, haha.

I had the weirdest thing happen to me yesterday. A guy I barely know gave me a Christmas card. We had one class together over the last term, and I talked with him a couple times. Maybe he gives cards to everyone, who know.

Anyway, much packing too do. Bye!

Since Sunday, Paula and I have been inseperable! It's funny how different we are, yet there is some kind of deeper bond which neither of us can explain. I think Jane is getting  a little jealous, haha. Oh well, there is always room in my life for Jane.

Anyway, speaking of Paula and Jane, the whole reason Jane introduced me to Paula is that the three of us will be spending Thanksgiving at Jane's parent's house on Bainbridge Island. Paula's parents live in Boston, and mine live in Nevada, so neither of us could really get home for the holiday, and since Jane is not only my roomate, Paula's freind, and a decent human being altogether, well...

But alas, I ramble when I should be reading. Bye all!

Jane introduced me to her roomate Paula. The two of us immediately hit it off - we talked for several hours about, really nothing at all. Paula is a little, umm less mentally stimulating than most of the people I like to hang out with, but I think I can handle that. She and I are going shopping tomorow, her treat. She comes from a rich Boston family, so that is always a plus (haha). No, I really do not care about my freind's financial status.

Anyway, tonight I have a date - with myself. I do not spend enough time alone, so tonight's it's just me and my bad self. I am going to put on my best dress, primp myself up, and treat myself to dinner and a movie. Anyways, I might want to get ready for that, eh?

Good day all. Today I spent in a deep, deep slumber. I woke up at six AM, put on my clothing, and decided to bag work. So, I called my boss and told him I was sick. Was this a lie? I do not think so, for I really am sick, sick of work that is.

Anyway, I went back to bed and slept till about 3 PM. I woke to the pouring rain on my window, and decided to make a cup of hot chamomile tea. I felt good, really good. I slept some more, read a little, watched the Simpsons, and played chess with my neighbor.
